The band

Scarlet Ash, formed in Jan ’04, is a rock band made up of 5 girls. Fronted by vocalist and songwriter Crystal, the band experiments with a variety of rock styles, opting against sticking rigidly to any single genre. The band strives to achieve a unique blend of each member’s musical influences ranging from Alt-rock, J-rock, funk, punk, metal, Chinese rock to pop.

Previous gigs include JEM Nation band competition (finalists), HeartRock@INterchange2, Singapore Fireworks Festival, Hoo’s the Band like Hoobastank competition (1st runner-up).
